Pastoral System
At Fulbrook help, support and advice are available to students from their Form Tutor, Head of Year, a member of staff they trust and feel comfortable with and at the Wellbeing Hub.Â
Wellbeing Hub
The Wellbeing Hub at Fulbrook is an on-site safe space staffed by the pastoral team, which is open to students from all year groups. The team support students to work through their concerns and learn strategies through group or 1:1 sessions.Â
Reset
The Reset area is where students who are not meeting expectations in class are removed for a time of reflection before going back into class. Whilst in Reset, they will speak to a member of the pastoral team about their behaviour and expectations moving forward.Â
Please contact the Pastoral Manager, Mrs Street, by email if you have any queries.
First Aid
Pupil Services is the dedicated area for First Aid. Please be advised that students will not be allowed home unaccompanied, and therefore must be collected by a family member to ensure their wellbeing and safety.
Medication
All medication must be handed into the main office with a completed medical consent form. This will then be logged and kept in the medication cabinet. All medication must be prescribed, in the original box, be in date and have the student’s name and address printed on the box.
