Fulbrook School represents a culture of aiming high and working hard. Careers Information, Education and Guidance (CIEG) is recognised as playing an important role in motivating students, promoting equality of opportunity and maximising their academic and personal achievements, whilst at Fulbrook School and beyond.
Fulbrook School is committed to providing a planned programme of careers education for all students, to prepare for the opportunities and challenges of adult working life. The school has a statutory duty to provide careers education in Years 7-11, and to give our young people access to careers guidance. However, Fulbrook School is committed to providing a planned programme of careers education for all children, from Year 5 through to Year 11.
Fulbrook works in close partnership with the South Midlands Careers Hub and The Careers and Enterprise Company.

The Careers Programme is designed to meet the needs of its students; it is differentiated and personalised to ensure progression through activities that are appropriate to their stage of career learning, planning and development.
