Learning Support Assistant

Location: Woburn Sands, Bedfordshire

Salary: NJC Scp 3-4 (£20,812 - £21,189 FTE – Actual £18,200 - £18,530)

Contract Term: Permanent

Contract Type: Term Time Only Plus Training Days 08:30-16:00 Monday to Friday  

Start Date: ASAP or September 2023

 

Fulbrook is seeking to appoint some enthusiastic, reliable and highly effective Learning Support Assistants, to join our team. The main purpose of the role is to support the educational, personal and social needs of our students.

 

You will have:

  • A calm and professional approach

  • An understanding of the needs of young people in an educational setting

  • The ability to work collaboratively with others

  • A particular interest in maths and/or English coupled with the ability to support the progress of children in these areas

 

In light of the plans for the future of the school and its move to secondary status, this is an exciting and crucial time, as we develop our provision for students up to the age of 16.
